The hotel offers rooms with modern bathrooms and views over the Mourne Mountains. The staff provided exceptional service, especially the receptionist who was incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very unromantic but super clean and had an up to date bathroom, plus stunning views over the Mourne Mountains. The reasonable size flat screen television was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with every staff member providing impeccable service, especially the receptionist who was incredibly kind and helpful. The location, though on a very steep slope making it challenging to get in or out of a car, was convenient for exploring the center of Newry. The dining experience offered good food with a great vegetarian option. The facilities were excellent, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel is situated on a hill, offering a unique location. The rooms are equipped with a reasonable size flat screen television and accessible bathroom but lack a romantic touch. The facilities with USB sockets are convenient, however.
